Music was not a place I would consider feminine, which is why accepting the current level of femininity is a real problem. I found it very difficult to say, "Okay I can be strong, feminine and soft. Make sure you take care of yourself and do not let me down." That was something I loved tremendously. I was a fan of wearing heels and a dress every day and also the silky fabric. I'm a much newer actress than everyone else in Fantastic Beasts] and there was a lot of pressure to be a part of it. However, I was struck by this odd feeling that during the auditions there was a huge presence behind me. may either fall under it and collapse because of how much I wanted it and how massive this was or climb over the the top and let it pull me forward. It is a pleasure to spend time in museums, cafes, parks or just going for walks and looking at how people live is something I love. In LA you can be quite lonely, however in London you can ride the Tube and be amid the bustle of London and everyone you could imagine is moving through. I love watching people. Coming from the world of music, I'm constantly in awe with men. It's like the interaction with males is intimate. The books were a dream come true for myself. I've even read a few books on tour, actually, and it's really lovely to have that kind of world that you can escape into, because when you're on tour, you're constantly going from city to city but it's also quite disorientating, and then going to the most vivid, vibrant universe sleeping in my bed at night is very relaxing.
